Concrete, flags and other paved surfaces are assessed for cracks, weak joints, surface wear and staining. We use a controlled method suited to the condition of the driveway and explain beforehand when a stain may need specialist treatment or may not disappear completely.
Tarmac and delicate surfaces
Tarmac, resin-bound areas and weathered surfaces can be damaged by an unsuitable high-pressure approach. We inspect these surfaces carefully and only recommend work that is appropriate for the material.

Do you always re-sand block paving?
Re-sanding is recommended where cleaning removes or disturbs jointing sand, but it must be included in the quotation and completed when the paving is suitably dry.
Can you remove every oil or rust mark?
No responsible contractor can guarantee every stain will disappear. The result depends on the substance, how deeply it has penetrated and previous treatments. We explain realistic expectations before work.
Can you repair sunken block paving?
Yes, RMS can assess sunken or loose areas and quote separately for lifting, levelling and re-laying where appropriate.
